MARK ROELOFS

Preaching Elder

Mark has been married to his wife, Beth, since 1999.  They have two college-age daughters, Marin and Annika, who currently attend Colorado Christian University.  Mark grew up in Rock Valley, Iowa, attended Hull-Western Christian High School, received a BA in Youth Ministry and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota, and he also pursued MDiv classes through The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Mark's 25 plus years of ministry include 8 years of youth ministry in Minnesota and 14 years of preaching in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Montana.  When he has free time, Mark enjoys taking walks with Beth and their labradoodle, Rye, exercising, and watching the Iowa Hawkeyes and Minnesota Twins, Vikings, and Timberwolves.

TAYLOR WHITTLE

Elder

Taylor has been married to his wife, Ellen, since 2016. They have one child on the way (at the time of writing this!). Taylor attended Central High School in Elkader and graduated from Yellowstone Christian College (now known as Montana Christian College) with a B.A. in Christian Leadership and Biblical Studies. Taylor is employed at Runde Auto Group. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, going to movies with Ellen, golfing, reading, and playing cards or board games.

JAKE HAHNEMANN

Elder

Jake has been married to his wife, Hannah, since 2014. They have four kids: Emma, James, Lilly, and Jordan. Jake earned his Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. When he has some free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, reading, hiking, making music and watching the Green Bay Packers.

NEAL JOHNSON

Elder

Neal was married to his wife Carrie in June 2015. They have three children: Braxton, Evelyn, and Royce. Neal attended Maquoketa Valley and attended college at the University of Wartburg.  Following college, he worked in the agricultural industry in Minnesota and Iowa. Neal is currently employed through the Department of Public Safety and enjoys time with his family. When he has a free moment, he spends it hunting, fishing, and riding horses.
